That’s a free Google Place listing for this realtor and it’s placement near the top of search results, with 12 great reviews makes this a very powerful tool for doing well in Internet search marketing. If I click the Place page link, I see this.

We see a picture of the realtor, Maggie McFarland, and great information about her business, including several videos. We haven’t even visited her website yet, but for many people this information alone, with 12 positive reviews, would provide enough motivation to give Ms. McFarland a call.
